Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. KYC verification is mandatory for all players making withdrawals that exceed the set threshold. Required identity documents include a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used.

A pemata123 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Players may not allow others to use or access their account under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account to another party is prohibited and grounds for account closure without notice.
Pemata123 continuously monitors account activity. Should any suspicious, unusual or terms-violating activity be detected, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account in question while conducting an internal investigation. Players will be notified via their registered email address.
Pemata123 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as standard bank transfers. All payment methods must be in the same name as registered in the pemata123 account.
The minimum deposit is MYR 20. The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50. Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum withdrawal limits may vary based on account level and completion of the KYC process. The latest limit details are displayed in the financial section of your account.
Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are processed almost instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen method and the account's KYC verification status. pemata123 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If this is not possible, the Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership of an alternative payment method as an additional security measure.
All bonuses issued by pemata123 are subject to rollover (re-wagering) requirements. This means players must wager a specified amount — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific terms of that offer.
The welcome bonus is a one-time offer for new pemata123 members. Each player is eligible for only one welcome bonus, determined by unique IP address, device, email address, and identification details. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a terms violation and may result in account closure.
Pemata123 reserves the right to void any bonus without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the bonus was obtained in violation of these terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, automated software or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the stated period. The expiry date for each bonus is indicated in the bonus notification sent to the player. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of their account regularly.
All games available on the pemata123 platform have specific rules displayed within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets. System decisions are final and cannot be contested on grounds of unfamiliarity with the rules.
All games at pemata123 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent auditing body. Results produced are entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone, including the Company. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, pemata123 system records will serve as the final reference.
In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, incomplete transactions will be handled in accordance with a fair session recovery policy. Wagers already processed before the disruption occurred are valid and cannot be reversed.
Players are required to use the pemata123 platform in a fair, lawful and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Violation of any of the above may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances and bonuses, and where necessary, a report to the relevant authorities.
Players may close their pemata123 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant rollover requirements have been met. Bonuses that have not fulfilled the rollover requirements will be forfeited.
Pemata123 reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity or for legal compliance purposes. In cases of closure resulting from a player's violation, balances may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Players who feel they need a break from gambling activity may use the self-exclusion feature available in account settings. Exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently. Requests to deactivate a self-exclusion before the set period expires will not be processed for at least 7 days after the request is submitted.
